Lot’s of chile peppers and powders tomorrow. We will be introducing a yellow blend made from yellow mushroom chile and yellow bhut jolokia. It is very tasty and goes well with lighter meats or as a seasoning in soup, casseroles etc. It has a nice heat but not super hot like some of the others. I think the yellow peppers will make a great base for a chicken chili. I hope to get time to make some soon and share the results here. We will only be at the Saturday Omaha Farmers Market this weekend. If there is time we may have some cookies but these last couple of weeks will be focused on the peppers and powders.
