Love this product. Sprinkle a little on potato salad, pizza, soup. Originally bought to add interest and heat to home made hot sauces. A little goes a long way. Great company too. Very responsive.

Great Flavor
Great combination of spice and flavor. Heat is forward but doesn't fade too quickly. Flavor is complex, slightly fruity and smoky. I really like this one.

Chocolate 7 Pot Douglah Pepper
This is a truly hot pepper. I will review some others tonight, but we start here. This pepper is rated as the 4th hottest pepper on the planet. It has great flavor and intense heat. The heat starts in the back of the mouth and builds. The flavor is smoky and rich. I used it in a cucumber and avocado gazpacho soup. Cucumbers and Avocados' are pretty bland. This perked everything up nicely. Imagine, a cold soup with nuclear fusion heat. This pepper is not for beginners. I recommend "angel soft" for the 05:15 express.
