Hello, our new site went live on 04/02/2017. I plan to post recipes and other event news here. I hope you enjoy the new format and find the site easy to use and helpful.
Our next event in 2017 is the NYC Hot Sauce Expo April 22-23. This is a premier show with lot's of action, great vendors and food challenges.
