Darth Sambal Hot Pepper Relish

I'm a big Sambal fan. I buy in stores (with the red rooster on the label) and use it as a sandwich spread. This one has the heat the store brand lacks and not nearly as much sugar. It's my favorite and I will be buying more.

I've bought a lot of hot pepper relishes from hot sauce shops, rib festivals and barbecue fest. I haven't found one that I really enjoyed. They usually ended up in the fridge for months then tossed out. I seen the Darth Sambal on the website site and said to myself well let's try it out. I bought a jar and tried it on a polish sausage. I really enjoyed it. It has great flavor and the perfect heat. The jar was empty in a week. I had my friends try it out they enjoyed it too. I ordered four more jars just in case it sells out. I don't know which one of you guys created this concoction but you nailed it.

This is a really unique sambal sauce compared to what I'm used to. Has great kick and an almost sweet immediate flavor before the heat kicks in.

I started ordering this at Voodoo Taco in Omaha, now that I have moved to Arizona I'm so glad that I can order it online. I love spicy but I also love spicy that has great flavor and this is it!

I use this to spice up chili, eggs and soups. I also use it to make spicy guacamole even hotter.

This sambal have become one of my favorite things! It is very, VERY hot and super flavorful.. It's my go to for dipping steak into, in small amounts. The portion is large and should last you a while.
