    I just ordered your ghost pepper chili powder, to make hot, hot peanut brittle. (My son in law paid a fortune for a small container of habanero peanut brittle at a tourist shop last summer… and I know I can do as well or better. Question: how much chili powder should I use? The peanut brittle recipe is based on 1 cup sugar and 1.5 cups peanuts. Any help would be appreciated!

      Great, I would say start with 1/2 tsp and try it out. I have never made brittle before so a little unsure but I used a full tsp in a batch of 36 cookies and they had some decent heat. Good luck, hope it turns out great. Tim
