    I’ve had many carrot habanero style sauces and have never been very impressed. But as usual volcanic peppers amazes me. Great sauce, very flavorful, nice texture and sweetness from carrots and great habanero heat.

    This and Chocolate Lighting are my 1-2 punch. This is a bit thicker so great for basting meat. Also great on eggs.

    I tried this hot sauce at one of our favorite restaurants and loved it. Well sitting in the restaurant I ended up going to their website in ordering multiple flavors and bottles of hot sauce no complaints with any of the hot sauce that I received. This one is my favorite. Great holiday gifts. Quick shipping packaged well thank you

    Excellent pepper flavor. Moderate "creeping" heat with fresh pepper taste that lasts awhile. Tasted excellent on a smothered chicken sandwich!
