My favourite dust so far
This stuff is really hot and has a great depth of flavour, without overpowering. For things like stews, curries, pastas - anything saucy - it's a great way to add some serious extra spice to a dish. Especially for Indian dishes, the tastes is perfectly complementing. I like the Volcano Dust 2 a little better for my favourite use of dust (mixing in with runny egg yolk to make a spicy gravy for toast) just because it seems to have a bit more flavour, but that's what makes this so good for a spicy addition to a dish that already has a specific flavour. Looking forward to trying some of the hotter ones, but for the time being this one is a smash hit.

Excellent Quality and Value
Great level of heat like you'd expect and great for regular users of chili powder who need quantity at a reasonable price. Another thing I like is that this powder is not ground too fine like some competitors. It's a bit aggravating to sprinkle hot chili powder only to get a sneezing attack right before dinner, because powder is wafting around everywhere! Thanks again Tim.
