A unique flavor that I didn't know I was missing in the kitchen until I tried this!

Do not buy this if you want "HEAT." It is more of a spice with some small bite. It adds a flavor not often found in America. I use it for scrambled eggs, occasionally, a steak. A warm smoky flavor that finishes with the hint of fruit. It does not overpower the food it is used with. I recommend it, but not as a heat producing nuclear inferno. IMHO.
