Cayenne Pepper Cajun Sauce
This is an excellent low-heat sauce mixed with cajun spices. It is great on sandwiches and burgers but absolutely amazing on fried chicken. I won't make fried chicken these days without it.

A very tasty mild sauce!
Sauces on the mild side typically lack character, but the Cajun Hot Sauce delivers so much great flavor. This can be used on anything from eggs to meats to stews. I really think Volcanic Peppers has the gift of adding the perfect amount and blend of seasoning to their sauces. Very good everyday sauce the entire family can enjoy!
