Great sauce!
Just go my bottle of Hot Scarlett, and it's really great. It's got that flavor of cayenne, and starts out pretty mellow, but then the Reaper heat comes through on the back end. It finishes strong, so I think it may actually deserve a higher rating than just medium. Will definitely be buying this again.

Great everyday sauce
Used on burgers, hotdogs, and breakfast burritos. Great taste with adequate heat.
