Deliciously HOT
Olympus mons is something I hope to always have in my refrigerator, and I have been successful so far with my first order of it because it only takes a very small amount to create an extremely spicy twist on any meal. I use it in soups, on eggs, in sauces, and just about everything in between. Long lasting powerful burn that I would not recommend to the faint of heart. I absolutely love it.

I love Volcanic Peppers' sauces and spice blends because Tim really knows how to bring the heat. In the case of Olympus Mons, however, I can only imagine that the heat dragged him into this situation, kicking and screaming. It's a devilish sauce that packs a piercing, enduring burn, one that worms its way into all the nooks and crannies of your mouth and throat and nose and lungs and soul. Hephaestus cowers in a shower of ash and molten stone. Brace yourself for this punishing concoction, it's brutal. Flavor: 8/10. Heat: 11/10.

Tasty, very hot sauce. Good mouth burn. One sause of many added to my beef jerky marinade. Definitely recommend!!!!
