			<title><![CDATA[Pickle (or Green Onion) rollups]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>1 Jar Midget dill pickles (or large pickles quartered length wise)<br>
(OR 2 dozen Green onion)<br>
<br>
2  pkgs cream cheese<br>
2T VP Hot Garlic n Onion or Pizza seasoning<br>
1# thin sliced meats<br>
<br>
Place Cream Cheese and VP seasoning in glass microwaveable dish<br>
Slowly warm till CC and seasoning is soft enough to spread<br>
<br>
Place a slice of meat on tray (or cutting board)<br>
Spread CC mixture on meat<br>
Place pickle or Onion on the meat and roll to enclose<br>
Chill before serving</p>]]></description>

Big can of Green Chili<br>
Can of corn<br>
Can black beans<br>
Healthy splash VP salsa<br>

Cook on Low for 8 hours or so<br>
Shred chicken when you get home<br>

Start with the&nbsp;<a href="http://volcanicpeppers.com/dia-de-sol-sauce/" target="_blank">Dia De Sol</a>, pour in just enough to coat the bottom of the crock pot. Add 4 
chicken breasts, if you want it to get done sooner you can brown them in
 a skillet first.
