Tim's Ten Pepper Flakes

Comes off a bit strong, but 2.5 Tablespoons in a pound of ground beef jerky gets just about everyone's attention. Might wanna keep it to about 1.5 Tablespoons per pound. The heat lingers for about 10+ minutes after creeping up and rolling in slowly. Your best bet is to use a spice grinder to make it into powder and a full face respirator to handle it when it comes out because it WILL make you dry heave for about 15 + minutes and you WILL be spitting up blood if you inhale it... But damn it is good heat without being like broken glass...

For the longest time I wished for pepper flakes that were spicier than the standard that was carried everywhere - and my wish was granted. When I say I put this on everything, I mean EVERYTHING. This product is exactly what I needed. My wife doesn't enjoy spicy food as much as I do, so I generally have to cook everything mild. I can throw some of these on my food and kick it up several notches instantly.

The wife's parents (Cajohn's) gave us a sample bottle of "Tims 10 Pepper Flakes" years ago and now I cant stop buying it. Great product!
