Better than the name implies
It’s sweet, it’s savory, has amazing umami on the back end. Is not something I would consider spicy but it does have that zesty pepper note to it. Haven’t found anything that isn’t good with it. Very beginning has a tiny sweet flavor and then you get a touch of spice followed by a smooth sour finish. Excellent on burgers and pizza.

Didn't know what to expect just based on the name, but saw an excellent review...so I had to try and YUM. Great complex flavor my high end burger (5) will never be the same again. Also for us heat addicts it is there, probably tolerable for mortals as well. Just excellent flavor. VP is not only about heat!
