Chocolate Lightning Hot Sauce

There are plenty of vinegar based Louisiana style sauces out there. Some of them are really good. This one is better, like a lot better. I don’t know how these guys do it but holy crap this sauce is amazing. Incredible chocolate habanero flavor, well balanced heat, a great every day table sauce. Just buy it. Buy two or three though, because you’re gonna blow through it.

This stuff is Tabasco on steroids, with much better overall flavor. You can throw this on about anything and you'll be happy (and a bit heated).

I opened the Chocolate Lightning sauce after already having tried (and used frequently) the Chocolate Lightning dust. This is a true Louisiana style sauce being vinegar forward with a thin consistency, and has the familiar Louisiana style taste. However, this sauce ramps up the heat using chocolate habaneros as a base with the addition of ghost and scorpion powder. The added heat is perfect and satisfies the cravings of this chili head. The flavor is great based on the peppers used and the sauce is extremely versatile. Will buy again.

Legitimately one of the very best sauces on the market. If you're thinking about it, don't. Just buy it.

Good heat for the pepper. Great flavor. Good on almost anything.

I love adding this sauce into a bottle of Pompeian Robust Olive Oil. I used it on my Green Giant veggies at lunch time! :-) One of my requirements that was it didn't need refrigeration.

Bit of a hot sauce connoisseur. Chocolate Lightning is the best hot sauce out there, in my opinion. It brings the twang and adds heat to a traditional Louisiana style sauce. Use it daily and makes a great gift for friends/family that also appreciate a little kick
