This sauce is consistently awesome like the pepper dusts
I avoid most sauces as the vinegar flavor is stronger than the heat. This sauce does not suffer that weakness.

This just arrived last week and bottle is 1/3 gone already. Great tasting, refreshing tang, excellent heat that sticks with you for a bit. Great on everything! Burgers, breakfast burritos, shredded chicken tacos....everything!

Chocolate Lightning Good on Everything
I always have a bottle of Chocolate Lightning at the house. I put it on everything. From pizza to tacos/nachos, to chili and in soups. I have other Volcanic Pepper sauces that U like for specific individual foods but Chocolate Lightning is my go to on everything.

Best Louisiana style sauce ever.
There are plenty of vinegar based Louisiana style sauces out there. Some of them are really good. This one is better, like a lot better. I don’t know how these guys do it but holy crap this sauce is amazing. Incredible chocolate habanero flavor, well balanced heat, a great every day table sauce. Just buy it. Buy two or three though, because you’re gonna blow through it.
