Chocolate Lightning Hot Sauce

Awesome flavor. I have tried very many hot sauces over the years and volcanic peppers remains my favorite. Happy to have met them at the Houston hot sauce festival many many years ago!

A nice, mild hot sauce with great flavor that you can add liberally to your favorite dishes without worrying about the ghost pepper overpowering the food. It delivers just enough heat to remind you it’s there, but not so much that it leaves you gasping for breath or reaching for a drink after every bite. A great option for anyone who enjoys the flavor of ghost pepper without the extreme burn.

Maybe the greatest hot sauce of all time. Not too busy, not too plain. I call this an upscale Louisiana-style hot sauce for chiliheads. There's a place for more complicated hot sauces and I love them all, but I find myself reaching for this one everyday for just about everything that needs a dash.

Still my favorite sauce of all time. Great vinegar hit and very earthy, great heat coming from chocolate habs and volcano dust blend.

I avoid most sauces as the vinegar flavor is stronger than the heat. This sauce does not suffer that weakness.

This has the heat and the Flava that makes you wanna come back for more. Do your mouth a favor and grab a couple bottles.

This just arrived last week and bottle is 1/3 gone already. Great tasting, refreshing tang, excellent heat that sticks with you for a bit. Great on everything! Burgers, breakfast burritos, shredded chicken tacos....everything!

I've been buying this hot sauce since I lived in Omaha 10 years ago and first tried it at a local taco shop, it's simply the best!

I always have a bottle of Chocolate Lightning at the house. I put it on everything. From pizza to tacos/nachos, to chili and in soups. I have other Volcanic Pepper sauces that U like for specific individual foods but Chocolate Lightning is my go to on everything.
