Curry Powder

This is the best curry powder EVER. The yellow ghost peppers give this much bigger kick than a typical curry powder blend. Highly recommended!

Great Flavor!

Ordered this for my kiddos who love to cook Indian food. They went through a small jar in less than a month, just ordered them the larger jar. They cannot get enough of it!

This particular version ( "hot curry powder" ) of Volcano Dust lists at the top of the ingredients an item described as "aromatic spices". Indeed! This powder has a wonderful sugary spice smell. It also has the infamous "Ghost Pepper" ( here listed properly as "Bhut Jolokia" ) which brings a good amount of heat to bear. Very flavorful; I use it for Chicken Almondine ( along with standard salt + black pepper ); sauteed ( base of coconut oil and 2 garlic cubes ) chicken thighs with lemon squeezed on top. The resulting taste is phenomenal ( sides of jasmine rice, green beans w/ butter, raw almonds ). In fact, the broth that develops in the skillet is rich and flavorful all on its own ( pour it over the rice for best effect ). Absolutely top notch powder.

This seasoning is great on lamb! Adds a nice kick and great flavor.
