Spicy Curry Sauce

Over the weekend i smoked boneless chicken thighs wrapped in bacon. Towards the end I brushed on the curry sauce and let it smoke for ten minutes. The smokey flavor from the apple wood and the curry sauce is awesome, you have to try it you will really enjoy it.

This sauce is a mild/medium heat with more flavor than I can describe with words. This goes perfect with fries or anything potato, but I honestly eat this by the spoonful! I wish there were a 16 oz. bottle of this!

Love this sauce. If you like curry, you'll like this. It gives sort of a Thai flavor to whatever you put it on. It's been my 'go to' for the last couple of months.

I do actually rather enjoy the flavor of this sauce. It reminds me of my red curry thai chicken that I'll order. The only problem is I order my Thai very spicy and thus I wish this sauce had a little bit more kick. I understand all of the sauces can't be that way (I get it). I have tried this on a number of things and have never been dissatisfied in the flavor...I think if it was just a bit hotter I'd have 5th star in this review.

Great with eggs/omelettes and of course my Chicken Tikka Masala.

The perfect balance of curry spices, coconut milk, and spice.

Great flavor, nice heat level - not too much, not too little. Surprisingly versatile. Will definitely order again.

Another great sauce, I put it over risotto with eggs on top and hit it with spicy ponzu sauce, amazing.
