This stuff is delicious, Soy sauce on steroids

So I want to start off with a suggestion. Increase the 'heat' rating for this on the label to be something about 3/4 of the way. I have tried this alongside the Spicy Curry/Corny Chipotle sauces and its not even close. The Ponzu Sauce has ghost pepper in it and blows those two away. For me, its actually a plus because I want that kick...but for someone who is following the label it could lead to major dissatisfaction. That all said, this is by far my favorite sauce and I do go through it rapidly. I put it on my salmon sashimi, I put it on rice, I frankly put this on just about everything. I had been looking for this in stores for sometime without luck, so decided to buy two 16oz bottles, hope they last me a bit but odds aren't great!

Good bite with soy back

I bought this to mostly use with sushi and sashimi and it has great flavor. It is on the hot side, I don’t claim to be a pepper head but it’s too much hot for my preference for sushi. I do have a lot of regular ponzu that I use and mix some of the spicy in with it to get it to my linking. Overall a quality ponzu that just needs tweaking to fit your heat level. The bottle says medium which is a little misleading for some that don’t like the heat.
